Anver Corp. Releases Vacuum Lifter with Manual Tilting

Anver Corp., Hudson, Mass., has introduced the VM-Series Assembly Lifter, a fully integrated vacuum-hoist lifter with manual tilting. Designed to handle compact metallic loads in pick-and-place assembly applications, the vacuum powered unit features a custom pick-up suction pad for lifting compact metallic loads and a manual tilt mechanism for pick-and-place applications.

Targeted for assembly operations and feeding machining centers, the lifter- tilter eliminates metal-to-metal contact and magnetization. In addition, the lifter enables one person to safely handle small parts weighing up to 250 pounds.

The VM-Series lifter’s vacuum head uses compressed air and the Venturi principle to securely hold the load while the electric chain hoist enables up and down movement to maintain position without drift when stopped. The unit also features a VLS-8 vacuum leakage sensor.

The lifter lists for $3,995, depending upon vacuum pad attachment.
