Associated and Peach State Finalize Merger | Industry News

Associated and Peach State Integrated Technologies Inc. has completed the transaction to acquire Peach State, which under the agreement will operate as a subsidiary of Associated. Peach State, headquartered in Atlanta, GA,  provides supply chain consulting, engineering, and automated material handling solutions.

Peach State will continue to operate under their name and brand identity with the same leadership and organizational structure including current President James R. Bowes Jr.
