Cattron to Exhibit at Canadian Mining Show

Cattron Group International, Sharpsville, Pa., a unit of Laird Technologies, will be attending the Canadian Mining and Industrial Expo, Ontario, Canada, 27-28 April, 2011. Cattron will be located at booths 52 and 53.

With a focus on underground mining, Cattron will display products aimed at increasing safety and productivity, including its underground communication system (SIAMnet), mining remote systems, and industrial remote systems. A PowerPoint presentation displaying the different mining systems that Cattron has available on the market will be shown at the booth, along with product demonstrations that attendees can interact with.

"The 2011 Canadian Mining and Industrial Expo is a popular event, as trade shows are always well received in the mining industry. This show affords Cattron the opportunity to meet and directly interact with the many levels of management within these mining companies, and to also make key contacts as well," said Eric Brouillette, vice president of marketing and sales, mining.

"The event also lets Cattron demonstrate how it leverages its extensive industry knowledge and diversity into the mining products it produces. These products, in turn, provide increased safety and productivity in mines throughout the world."
