Edmonton Home to New ITI Crane & Rigging Training Center

Industrial Training International (ITI) Canada has opened a new training facility on the Enform Campus in Nisku, Alberta. The Edmonton Training Center’s location will benefit oil and gas personnel conducting lifting and rigging activities in Canada.

A number of ITI instructors have conducted training courses on location at the Situ Oil Sands projects and will bring valuable experience to the course sessions at the Edmonton Training Center.

The 2013 course schedule will feature five initial dates:

• Rigging Gear Inspector – Oct. 28-30, 2013
• Lift Director & Critical Lift Planning – Oct. 31-Nov. 1, 2013
• Rigging Gear Inspector – Dec. 2-4, 2013
• Lift Director & Critical Lift Planning – Dec. 5-6, 2013
• Master Rigger – Dec. 9-12, 2013

The new ITI training center has over $100,000 of rigging and lifting equipment, over 30 classrooms, over 25 live load-moving stations, and extensive indoor and outdoor training space.
