Electric and Manual Chain Hoist Maker Kito Europe Promotes and Recruits

Düsseldorf, Germany-based electric and manual chain hoist manufacturer Kito Europe GmbH has announced the promotion of Manuela Thiel to manager of customer service and IT. Meanwhile, Daniel Mayershofer has been assigned to an additional field sales position in Germany.

Thiel joined Kito Europe two years ago in an IT support role. Since then, she has worked on internal process improvement projects, and increased automation in ERP system processes. Her new role adds the responsibility of four Kito customer service staff members.

Mayershofer just completed a six-week training course and will be assigned to the South West territory of Germany. His background includes sales and marketing activities in various sectors. Mayershofer resides in the area around Augsburg and from there he will dedicate himself fully towards servicing and supporting existing customers and generating new end user markets.

Kito has subsidiaries or partners in all major global markets.
