Equipment Parts Wholesale Bought by TVH Parts Co.

TVH Parts Co. (TVH) has purchased Equipment Parts Wholesale (EPW), Fresno, Calif. EPW will serve as a sales division of TVH and will continue to focus on the aerial lift equipment market and the equipment rental industry under the EPW brand. 

With the acquisition of EPW, TVH will increase its new-product development and inventory offerings for the powered access equipment portion of the industrial equipment market. 

TVH vice president Dirk von Holt said, "There was an opportunity to acquire the assets of EPW, which aligns with the strategy of our company to increase our product selection to include other industrial equipment segments.”

EPW has been a supplier of replacement parts for powered access equipment since 2001. TVH intends to combine its knowledge base and distribution network to enhance service and product availability to customers of both companies. TVH believes this will offer considerable advantages and opportunities to all customers, furthering their one-stop-shop experience.
