G.W. Becker Hires Regional Sales Manager

G.W. Becker, Inc., Hermitage, Pa., names Art Goforth as its regional sales manager. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the crane and hoist industry. Goforth will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining and developing the Northeast Ohio Territory. 

Goforth started in the crane and hoist industry with Progressive Crane, Inc. in 1973 eventually becoming its general manager. He managed the group of three locations spread throughout the United States.  He was instrumental in maintaining continuity during the acquisition of Progressive Crane, Inc. by Mazzella Lifting Technologies in 2005.  He is active in his local community as a member of the Avon Local School District Board of Education.
