Haulotte Iberica : Open Up Business
On 23 February Haulotte Ibérica, which covers the Spanish and Portuguese markets, organied its ‘Open Up Business’ event for customers’ service managers and expert technicians.
More than 80 service managers and technicians were present and able to participate in the six different workshops the Spanish team had prepared. The goal was to deepen their knowledge on Haulotte service innovations such as Sherpal, MyHaulotte and Second Life. The technical aspect was not forgotten with machine demonstations available of the articulated boom, Sigma 16, as well as detailed presentations of innovations such as Haulotte Activ’Energy Management and Haulotte Activ’Shield Bar.
The activities were delivered in a playful and interactive way with, for example, a ‘Cluedo’ game dedicated to Sherpal and MyHaulotte during which participants had to investigate and find a stolen MEWP using the telematics and fleet management solutions.
Luis Perez Santos, service manager of the Spanish subsidiary, said, “I’m proud of the Haulotte Service team’s commitment in developing and performing during the Open Up journey, we are always happy to welcome customers to Haulotte’s universe and continue to develop long-term partner relationships with them in order to create a unique customer experience with excellence as the main pilar.”
