Hird Supplies Valla Cranes Unit for Airport Installation and Maintenance

Romford, UK-based Liftout Limited, a specialist in the removal and installation of elevators, escalators and heavy plant machinery, has purchased a Valla 25EL DC powered pedestrian controlled crane with a SWL of 2,250kg.

Liftout bought the unit from Peter Hird and Sons Ltd, the sole UK distributor for Valla Cranes and UK distributor for 3B6 control systems. The crane has been purchased to fulfil contracts at London airports.

Valla DC electric and diesel-powered cranes are more frequently the preferred choice for many installation companies. In this case, it will eliminate manual handling situations, reducing lost time injuries and increasing performance.

Liftout Limited‘s John Bostock (pictured, left) said on receiving his new crane that the choice was made based on recommendations and the reputation of Valla products. Carl Cooper, sales manager at Hird (also pictured), handed over the Valla 25EL.
