Hoist Liftruck Awarded $925 Million Contract by Department of Defense | Industry News

In industry news, Hoist Liftruck has been awarded a maximum $925 million contract by the U.S. Department of Defense for commercial-related material handling equipment.

The contract is a five year, fixed priced with an economic price adjustment, requirements contract. The departments of the U.S. military using the services include the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Federal Civilian Agencies. The company supplies the U.S. government and Armed Forces with heavy-duty high-capacity forklifts and container handlers, ranging in capacity from 15,000 lbs. to more than 115,000 lbs.
