Rob Hicks to head up Professional Services Group at Handling Specialty  

With Marek Cybula making a vertical move to become the senior technical sales representative at Handling Specialty, Rob Hicks has continued to move up the ladder taking Cybula’s place as supervisor of the Professional Services Group.

Hicks said, “I’m very honoured and excited to tackle this new challenge head-on. My predecessor left some big shoes to fill but with the great team we have in the Professional Services Group I am confident we will see continued success moving forward.” Hicks has over twelve years with the custom material handling design and manufacturing firm.

Hicks’ job as the Professional Services Group supervisor is to build relationships with customers, supervising a small group of technicians, quoting and arranging site visits, customer service and so on.

Handling Specialty is a specialist in custom-engineered material handling solutions. It is a member of the Whiting family of companies  and is located in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada, with an additional manufacturing location in Hamilton.
