Sullivan-Palatek’s New Partnership Helps Dealers and Distributors Better Manage Maintenance Records | Industry News

Sullivan-Palatek Inc. has partnered with TigerTracks, a cloud-based network that helps dealers and distributors to manage and share service and maintenance records. The agreement will supply Sullivan-Palatek air compressor dealers with subscriptions to a co-branded version of the TigerTracks platform so that dealer employees in the field and the office can efficiently manage and share service records, warranty claims, and preventative maintenance records with equipment owners.

Equipment owners will receive a subscription and be able to manage all Sullivan-Palatek products in their facility for free. Equipment owners will also be able to manage maintenance and uptime of all other heavy equipment for a small subscription fee. If the compressor owner is a service company or equipment dealer, they may also be eligible for a service provider subscription to manage and share records with their customers as well.

TigerTracks CEO Tad Dunville said, "When IndustryWeek magazine says the average downtime occurrence costs $17,000, this is a great way for dealers to take a proactive stance by communicating with their customers in a simple and easy to access manner."
