Riwal launches new My Riwal Parts webshop

Riwal, the aerial work platform and telehandler rental and sales specialist, has launched the new My Riwal Parts webshop for the largest AWP brands. This is the newest edition of the company’s digital solutions and part of the Smart, Easy, Digital programme with which they aim to make their customers’ lives easier.

The My Riwal Parts webshop is an online platform filled with original spare parts from top tier brands. This, combines with more than 25 years of experience in advising and selling parts. The new digital solution enables Riwal to offer its customers a full service package, from rental and purchasing up until the maintenance phase.

Finding the parts you need is easy as you can search based on: serial number of the machine; brand and model type and interactive drawings.

Once users have found the machine they are looking for, they just click and select the parts needed by using the exploded view. Based on the selection, the Smart Recommendation feature also highlights other parts that might need to be replaced.
